Culinary Training Program

Our free Culinary Training Program prepares people for jobs in the food service industry. We teach fundamental professional cooking skills through a 12-week course that includes hands-on classroom training and a restaurant internship program.

Our internship partners ensure that students gain real-world professional experience and have recent work experience on their resumes. Based on their interests, students have been placed in four-week internships at partner sites ranging from institutional kitchens to fine dining restaurants.

Over the last 10 years more than 75% of our graduates have obtained jobs!
