Find your Path
Youth Pathways offers young adults in South LA free training, personalized career coaching, and support as you explore your interests, build new skills, and plan your next step. All participants receive a stipend. You don’t need a diploma or previous experience to get started.

HOW IT WORKS
Build skills for your next step
Start with the six-week Root Program, where you’ll explore your interests, build professional skills, and connect with a career coach. After completing Root, you can apply for the 16-week Tech Pathway to gain hands-on experience with AI, web technology, and collaborative projects. You’ll receive a stipend and personalized support throughout your time in the program.

Root Program
Discover strengths you can bring to the workplace, explore career possibilities, and practice skills you can use in your next job. Work with a career coach to identify your goals and make a plan that works for you, with a stipend while you learn.

16 WEEKS
Tech Pathway
Build on what you learned in Root with training in digital foundations, AI tools, web basics, and project skills. Put your skills into practice through hands-on learning, with opportunities for paid work experience. Open to Root Program graduates through an application process.
